I'm obsessed with this place! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The fried calamari was my favorite appetizer - crispy perfection! The summer rolls were also tasty, especially with the peanut sauce. The real stars of the show were the Pho Combo and Shaken Beef, both recommended by our amazing waitress. I don't normally do restaurant reviews, but holy smokes, this place was good. I'm a transplant to the area, so I hadn't had good pho in a couple of years. Went to the soft opening and everything was good!!! Friendly staff, nice ambience and great food. We got banh xeo (vietnamese crepe) which was crispy and delicious, you gotta try it if u never had it. They have plenty of pho options but if you want authentic vietnamese soup get the bun bo hue! They have multiple bun bo options that are good. The vietnamese coffee was tasty. The vietnamese dessert che ba mau was sweet and delicious. Check this place out for good vietnamese food!

This bowl of noodle soup is absolutely amazing! The broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — not too salty, not too oily. First time I ate Bun Bo Hue. Broth was delicious and perfect for me. Others may like it a bit spicier. I feel you can always add that after. Second time, I ate pho.
